Jason McGuire, RMP, GRI, ARM:

Director of Property Management
Jason has been involved in Real Estate for over 10 years. He received his Real Estate License in 2005 where he quickly became a multi-million dollar producer within his first full year. He graduated from the Realtor Institute a few years later and then went on to achieve his Broker’s License in 2009. In 2008 he was asked to start up and lead the Property Management Department. He currently serves on the Board of Directors, and has served 2 terms as President for the local chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and is readily available to meet and speak with clients.

Jane Smith, ARM:

Office Manager
Jane began working for RE/MAX Infinity Property Management when we expanded into our new offices. She graduated with a degree in Interior Design and recently earned her Accredited Residential Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is a great resource to all of our clients and is happy to assist owners with questions regarding their statements, billing, and status of their property. As a contact for tenants also, she is able to keep up-to-date information on all of our properties. She can answer most questions about our company or properties and can ensure that proper care is being taken with each home.

Joshua Kelly:

Maintenance Coordinator
Joshua began working for RE/MAX in 2009 and quickly moved to get his Real Estate License. He now works with the Property Management Department coordinating all tenant and property maintenance activity. He is responsible for hiring and supervising maintenance contractors and reporting status of repairs to our owners. If you ever need to speak to someone regarding maintenance at a property, Joshus is the go to person for all of those calls. Joshua graduated from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington with a degree in Criminal Justice. His is always available and happy to discuss any past or ongoing maintenance concerns with you to ensure that your properties are kept in top order.

Leasing Agent

David originally began working with us as a part-time fill in position when our company was experiencing an unprecedented growth period. During this period, his professionalism and work ethic quickly secured him a full time position and he now works with incoming tenants as a leasing agent. He is responsible for showing all of our properties and meeting and discussing leasing options with our tenants. David is a vital member of our team and is an excellent resource to all of our clients.  David graduated from the University of West Florida, is an avid soccer fan and coach, and recently led the Pace High Girls Varsity Soccer Team to a district championship.

Joshua Longo:

Property Inspector
Joshua came on to be our full time property inspector. He has extensive knowledge about houses and their systems due to his background in construction, flipping houses, and being a landlord himself. We are glad to have him on our team.

Jordan McGuire

Administrative Assistant
Jordan joined the family business as a property inspector and front desk coordinator. He is always happy to meet and greet our walk-in guests, and is usually the first person to answer your phone calls. He is also the interim inspector during the mid-lease inspections and helps to ensure that no lease violations are observable and that houses are being kept up and in great shape.

JoAnna Hackett:

Property Manager
JoAnna is a native of Pensacola. In 1995, JoAnna began working “temporarily” at a small multi-family apartment community. She made the transition to single family residential management just a few years later. After a decade in the industry, her desire was to expand her education, expertise, and advance her professional career. Therefore in 2005, she obtained her Florida Real Estate License. Two years later, she joined NARPM (the National Association of Residential Property Managers). She immediately began serving the local Pensacola Chapter of NARPM, in various leadership roles. In 2015 and 2017, she was elected by a group of her peers to serve as President of the Pensacola Chapter. JoAnna has attended numerous conventions and classes through NARPM, staying up-to-date on all changes in property management.  With strength in client relations, and 22 years’ experience, she is a valuable asset to the RE/MAX Infinity Property Management family. Her primary focus for our department is business growth and expansion into additional market areas.  Outside of the office, she is currently studying to achieve her Broker’s license. She is also finishing up her degree in Business Administration and Management. JoAnna is proud to have a son who plays tennis in high school, and a rescue dog.

Sloane Knopik:

Leasing Agent
Sloane graduated from the University of Wyoming, and has been working in customer service since 2010.   Sloane transferred here in 2016 with her husband who is in the Navy.  She brings her vibrant personality and positive energy to the Leasing Agent role at RE/MAX Infinity Property Management.  In her free time, Sloane likes to play hockey and roller derby.

Michelle Gioffredi:

Front Desk Administrator
Michelle is from New York, and graduated from Lasell College where earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising.  Michelle experienced the privilege of working for fashion designer, Oscar de la Renta, immediately out of college.   She moved to Florida in 2017.  With her valuable customer service skills, Michelle is now our Front Desk Administrator.  Michelle has a cat, Elsa, and a dog, Hanzel.  In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her nephew, Rocco.
