RE/MAX Infinity Property Management is proud to offer our management services to clients while allowing agents to maintain relationships with their customer. At the end of our management term or when an owner decides to sell their property, they will be given back to the referring agent with no hassle or fees required. We promise to provide a professional management experience for the customer and an easy transition back to the agent when the owner is ready. If a tenant decides to purchase the property during a management term, the referring agent would be called to act as the selling agent for the owner and we would represent the tenant as the buyer’s agent.
Also, we realize that sometimes there are customers that are not able to purchase or that want to wait until they establish themselves in the area before they buy. We appreciate agents taking time to show our properties or referring potential tenants to our website and listings.
Agents that refer an owner that signs up for full-property management will be compensated 25% of the monthly rental rate. Agents that refer tenants by showing the property will receive 15% of the monthly rental rate. We are typically able to pay referrals the same month that the property is rented.
