Property Management Transition Package
$350 Transfer Fee
This covers the expense of handling the transfer, communications with tenant (and/or current Property Manager if applicable), account setup and document preparations. This is charged in place of the normal 40% leasing fee.
2 Month’s Management Fee Waived
The first 2 months we manage the property are free while we work to establish all of the accounts and get everyone on the same page. During this time, we will be inspecting the unit, preparing new leases if necessary, coordinating repairs, negotiating with the tenant, determining who is living in the home and what pets are on site, or processing evictions if needed.
In the event an eviction is needed, we retain one of the best Property Management exclusive Attorneys in Pensacola to help process evictions and legal notices as needed. By opting into our legal service program, the cost of the attorney is included in our service rate, and you would only be responsible for the court and legal costs. (Cost varies by county*)
Repairs and Maintenance
We will assess the property for damage and work to remedy any deferred maintenance issues that were either unknown or unresolved over time. We can help coordinate everything from simple maintenance repairs, all the way up to a full remodel. With our service, we never upcharge or receive kickbacks from our vendors, so you know you will be getting the best rate possible. We contract with reputable and cost-effective vendors that can complete any job professionally and for a reasonable price.
