  • Monthly Management Fee:
    • 10% Of Rent Received
    • We Do not get Paid if Tenant Does not Pay
  • Vacancy Fees:
    • None! We Do not Collect any Fees Until the Property is Rented
  • Renewal Fees:
    • None! When We Negotiate a New Lease With an Existing Tenant, No Additional Fees Are Collected
